My 5 step program works from the roots up, through a process of growth culminating in a blossoming of the new extraordinary you.to In order for you to reach your true potential and change your negative chatter we do have to  do a bit of digging  around first. Gradually as I guide you through the program you start to recognize the negative and repetitive habits and patterns within yourself and how to reprogram your old way of believing.

I want to help you understand  as your coach, what your deepest  beliefs are, and where your sense of identity lies. What are you working towards? Why you feel the need now?

My style of coaching does not believe there is only one right way. There is a unique path for each individual and I hope to help invite you to discover what is really genuine, to find out what is true to you.

Most Life coaching is a tool to help people achieve and learn to create their ideal life.

Most people understand that a sports coach helps an athlete by:

    * Set and reach goals.

    * Stay focused.

    * Reach their personal best.

    * Achieve more from support and training.

     Similar as your life coach I will:

    * Encourage you to set achievable goals important to you even goals you may have thought unattainable.

    * Help you to remain focused to produce faster and better results.

    * Encourage you to be more responsible in attaining your own personal best through the 5 step workbook and work cards.

    * Provide you with the support, tools and goal setting to aid you to accomplish more.

 Why my approach is different:

My system of coaching is different to most as I use a unique 5 step program developed by myself and aided by Dr.Scott Strader PhD.This is because 80% of what we do is psychological and 20% mechanical? In order to understand what makes us tick, why we cannot sustain our goals, or continue to repeat certain habits. We need to journey to our core, to face and unlock those issues that form our beliefs and conditioning. The stories we tell ourselves. Why the information we take in and how that  interpretation and information leads us to label ourselves.This  has an enormous impact on our intentions in this life. How we act on those intentions. Taking steps to change our external world is all well and good, but, it is our internal world that needs to change. Then, and only then can you find your true voice, passion and reach your potential in your life- this program helps 'in all areas of your life' not just specific. This is because it deals with the common denominator, YOU! 

How can I help you accomplish this?

With the aid of 'The New Extraordinary You Workbook' and exercises and through regular scheduled time, either by phone or in person. I will focus on you and what you do and together help you to identify what is really important to you and what you need to unlock in your own life.  I will help you gain the ability to recognize, replace and in most cases eliminate those blockages that may be holding you back from the success and desires you wish to attain.

As your coach I will enable you to find your own answers by:

      Asking certain questions.

      Being direct and honest

      Making specific request.

       Goal setting with the exercises created for this program.

      Listening and non judgmental.

      Being there for you each step of the way.

      Helping you to see how you can achieve whatever you are hoping to.

  All of the above including the 5 steps which are - Attitude, Awareness, Acknowledgment,  
     Acceptance, Allowing.

Remember: it is the choices you make that create the life you live!

Coaching is like having a personal trainer for your life!

What coaching is not all about?

Coaching is not therapy, counseling or psychology. Although past events and feelings are taken into account coaching focuses on the ‘now’ the ‘present’ and helping you to become the new extraordinary you I believe is in all of us.

Coaching will only be of benefit if you are prepared to give it your attention and do your part. However, if this may not always be possible I will do what I can to help you stay focused and get back on course.

I wish I could thank you in person.  It was interesting to know you grew up in Adelaide for a while. I followed your advice, most of the time. I found working through the workbook, emotional, some of the thoughts and feelings that were raised came as a shock to me, and finally I understood why I was holding myself back, and not the fault of anyone else.  I did find myself feeling lost, and feeling lack of confidence. However, there you were emailing me every few days,, somehow you knew. I am pleased to tell you that I have found a new job, changed how I am treated in my relationships and generally feel more optimistic. At last I have found my own worth. Thank you so much.
